Kundalini + Yin Pop-Up Class w/ Nicole Bartzak

Kirtan is a practice to come together and sing the names of the divine through mantra. Chanting kirtan is a devotional practice that helps to uplift the mind, open the heart and bring inner peace. You are welcome as you are, no experience needed in any way. This practice is for all. You can sit in reflection, perhaps with the eyes closed, or you may share through voice if you feel called to. All are always welcome.
If you would like to bring something such as a snack or food to share (though it is not necessary), we ask that the dish be vegan!
Meridian Yoga Immersion: Breath, Movement, Acupressure and The Subtle Body w/ Dr. Rose Erin Vaughn
Join Dr. Rose Erin Vaughan for a full-day Meridian Yoga Immersion at Mati Yoga School, where you will explore the deep connections between traditional yogic practices and the body’s energetic pathways. This immersive experience is designed to guide students through the profound intersection of pranayama, subtle body awareness, and the therapeutic benefits of meridian-focused yoga.
We will practice yoga-asana classes in both the morning and evening, sensing how targeted asanas can promote flexibility, reduce physical tension, and balance internal organs. Dr. Vaughan will teach a brief lecture on the breath, providing insight into the relationships between the 12 meridian pathways and the body-mind. After, students will partner together to practice an acupressure sequence on each other to promote deeper breathing and body relaxation.
